Salon Policies

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION/REMINDERS:

All appointments must be confirmed. You will receive a text message 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm. Click the link to confirm. You will also receive a text message 24 hours prior to your appointment as a reminder. Please do not swap appointments (switch places with another client/member of your household) without the approval of your stylist. If you need to reschedule, please give us a call to discuss. There is a waiting list, which must be honored. Please understand that our schedules are very busy, which makes it very difficult to accommodate additional/different services than what has been booked. If you need to change your scheduled service (for example: change from color appointment to just a haircut), please give us a call so that we can adjust our schedules accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS/LATE ARRIVALS:

We do understand there are occasions where emergencies come up and last minute cancellations are unavoidable. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service you are scheduled for. If you no-show, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show. We also understand life can be unpredictable, so we allow a 10 minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you are going to be late, please call us so that we can make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Please understand that if you are repeatedly late, you will be charged 50% of the service amount and will be required to reschedule your appointment. Our booking and cancellation policy is intended to ensure that we have the opportunity to fill any last-minute availability. We would hate for any client on the waiting list to miss a chance to receive a service. Please understand that we are committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with us.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. As such, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to: lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (such as a new, continuous cough or fever), or rude-obnoxious behavior.
